Nimora Roast Room was built around one simple idea: good coffee should feel personal, approachable, and worth slowing down for. We source coffees with clear character, roast in small batches, and keep every product practical enough for daily use.

Our shop is part roastery, part neighborhood counter, and part testing table. Every bean, bottle, and brew kit is chosen because we would happily use it at home ourselves.
